WEST

Current developments around Jurong have already driven home price higher. Most prominently, J’den launched in November 2023 sold 88% on its first day of launch. 

But you are not too late into the game, 2024 will see another four new home launches. The only executive condominium for 2024, Lumina Grand, will also be in the west region.

Is east side always the best side? That maybe true as the Singapore government continues to rejuvenate the industrial areas in the east. 

The Punggol Digital District is also within close proximity to the East.
