What’s the Big Deal with More New Home Launches in 2024?

2024 is set to see up to 32 private home launches and one executive condominium launch. This will bring upon some 11,000 units of new homes. 

Unlike 2023, there will be more launches in CCR. Homebuyers who are holding out to wait for the right home in CCR, will be able to choose from some eight launches. 

Similarly, OCR is set to witness another wave of new home launches. 

Among the launches, we expect to see four mega launches. They are located in prime sites that are closely watched by prospective homebuyers. And with each project having at least 800 units, homebuyers can be assured that they will be able to secure their ideal home. 

Homebuyers targeting freehold projects can expect to see 11 freehold project launches in 2024.
